| MEET THE COACHES |
| The Odles are members of the National Coach Development Staff for USA Shooting (the Olympic governing body ), the Civilian Marksmanship Program and National Rifle Association in both rifle and pistol. In this capacity they provide training for coaches so that they are qualified to coach rifle and pistol competitors in Air Rifle, Air Pistol, International Pistol and Smallbore Rifle events. They are Level 3 Coaches, qualified to coach advanced athletes in 3 position rifle, international rifle and international pistol disciplines. As IL State Junior Shooting Directors for the Civilian Marksmanship Program, they focus on developing new junior clubs, teams and coaches in Illinois. They also are Training Counselors for the National Rifle Association and train individuals to be Certified Instructors for the NRA Basic Courses. River Valley Sharpshooters was established in 1998 in Manteno IL and moved to Chebanse IL in 2002. Over 300 youngsters have received firearm safety training and learned marksmanship skills with this club. Raymond Odle has been a housemover for 30 years.
