You may want to email exterior pictures of the house. Pictures taken a short distance out from the corners showing two walls are ideal.

The main thing to examine is the the overall width (including eves) as compared to the width of the route. Trees and utility poles have to be taken into consideration. 

I am interested only in overall width, length and heights, not square footage.  

The loaded height of the house will determine to what extent the utility companies will be invoved.
